Doodliq Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and where it lives. Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Who we are

Doodliq (doodliq.com) is operated by Ripostiq, Chandigarh, India. This policy covers the Doodliq website and studio.

2. What we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• Your content: the topics, quiz text, captions and brand settings you enter, and the reels rendered from them.
• Service data: render job status and basic server logs (timestamps, request paths) needed to run and debug the service. We do not run advertising trackers.

3. How your content is processed

• AI drafting: when you use "Write it", your topic is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to draft the quiz. It is processed under their API terms and not used to train their models.
• Voice-over: your quiz text is converted to speech by a neural text-to-speech service.
• Rendering & storage: reels and thumbnails are rendered on our servers (Railway) and stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2) so your downloads keep working.
• Posting: only if you connect a posting provider (Ayrshare), and only the reels you choose to post.

4. Cookies

One signed session cookie keeps you logged in. We also use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful — it sets its own cookies and shares your IP address and the pages you view with Google. No advertising cookies, no ad networks, and we never sell your data. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser; everything on Doodliq keeps working either way.

5. Email we send you

Two kinds. Account email — a welcome message when you join, and anything needed to run your account, such as payment issues. Product updates — occasional notes about new features, never more than monthly.

Creating an account opts you in to product updates. You can turn them off at any time: use the toggle under Billing → Email in the app, or the one-click unsubscribe link in the footer of every update we send. Unsubscribing is honoured immediately and permanently, and never affects account email or your ability to use Doodliq. Email is delivered through Resend.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors above (Google for sign-in, OpenAI for drafting, Railway for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS/storage, Resend for email, Ayrshare if you connect it), each to do their job and nothing more.

7. Retention and deletion

Your account data and reels are kept while your account is active so your dashboard keeps working. Email hello@doodliq.com from your account address to have your account and associated data deleted; we will confirm when it is done.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), API keys are stored server-side and masked in the interface, and access to production systems is limited to the operator.
